The tool adheres to HIPAA requirements and ensures the security of patient information. As stipulated in the BAA agreement, data access is restricted exclusively to the organization, with no access granted to external parties, including the developers.
The tool is very easy to navigate, even for new users. Its dashboard uses interactive tachometers and radial dials to display analyzed, answered, and missed calls, appointments scheduled, and RELO updates. All numbers are clickable and redirect directly to the relevant call lists, making navigation simple and intuitive either through the dashboard or the left-side menu.
The tool helps users understand the daily, weekly, and monthly call flow for each queue or overall data. It visualizes common concerns through graphs and maps, call trends with a line chart, making it easy to identify peak hours, low-volume periods, and opportunities to optimize staffing and daily task planning.
